韋孚（杭州）精密機械有限公司成立于2008年，為Welform Electrodes在中國設立的僅有的子公司。總部Welform Electrodes & Milco Manufacturing位于美國底特律，在美國是一流的電阻焊接產品制造工廠，經過半個多世紀的發展，已成為橫跨美洲，歐洲，亞洲的跨國公司。
公司自創立以來，一直專注于焊接技術研發及焊鉗制造，結合美國總部的研發成果，對亞太市場有針對性地進行研發創新，通過本地化實現國際化，致力于為國內外汽車制造行業提供更好的電阻焊接一站式解決方案。
Welform Precision was officially founded in 2008, which is the only subsidiary of Welform Electrodes in China. Welform Electrodes & Milco Manufacturing are both founded in Detroit, USA, and have developed into the largest resistant welding solution provider for the automotive industry in America. After half of century, it has successfully extended the business across both Europe and Asia.
Welform Precision always committed to focus on the resistant welding technology innovation and production development. Together with the R&D and engineering capability from headquarter in USA, our goal is to be developed into the best world’s local resistant welding solution partner in China, and Asia.
